Mountain Lakes Ranch is comprised primarily of one and five-acre tracts. Two, three, and ten-acre tracts become available occasionally.
Currently, there are 300+- homes in Mountain Lakes, with permits for more increasingly ongoing. The original 1284 lots are closer to 1000+- lots because of property owner consolidations.

- Mobile and modular homes are not allowed
- Minimum build is 1400 square feet
- Home exterior to be 80% flame resistant (cement-fiber, log, brick, glass, stone, stucco, etc.)
- Stay in your RV in the RV park while you are building for a nominal utility charge
- No poultry or swine or commercial pet breeding allowed
- Large animals allowed on five-acre+ tracts up to one per acre
- Every tract has water and electricity available
